Due to continued growth and a strong order book, our client is now seeking an experienced Conservatory Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable business delivering high-quality home improvement projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys for conservatories, orangeries, and extensions in both domestic and commercial settings
• Accurately measure and assess project requirements, including structural and planning considerations
• Liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in surveying conservatories or similar construction projects
• Strong understanding of building regulations and planning processes
• Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle may be provided)
