Contract Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Contract Supervisor to join a specialist designer, manufacturer, supplier, and installer of precision-engineered aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems.

As a Contract Supervisor you will oversee aluminium window, door, and curtain wall projects from design through to installation. You’ll coordinate with clients, design teams, fabrication, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end from pre-construction to handoverCoordinate design, fabrication & installation teamsMaintain programmes, budgets & project documentationLiaise with clients, contractors & architectsEnsure quality, compliance & site safety standards

Requirements

Experience in aluminium glazing/façade projectsStrong technical knowledge of systems (e.g., ALUK, SAS, Metal Technology)Ability to read drawings and manage multiple projectsExcellent communication & commercial awarenessFull UK driving licence

Desirable

CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTSFamiliarity with project management software
