Customer Service Advisor

Chase Taylor Recruitment has teamed up with a successful window and door business based in Walsall who are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join their team.

Our client manufactures window and doors for the trade sector and are known for their impressive product range and customer service satisfaction.

Role responsibilities:

• Dealing with non-conformances
• Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding non conformances
• Weekly non-conformance report completion for management to review
• Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
• Manage service engineers diary
• Additional Duties where needed
• Scheduling orders
• Placing of basic purchase orders
• Training will be given where needed

Candidate skills & experience

• Have experience working in a customer service role – ideally within a home improvement business is ideal
• Strong communication skills
• Planning and Organisation
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
