Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured projects, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their team.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of fenestration systems, and the ability to price projects accurately and efficiently — this is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive business that truly values its people.

Role Responsibilities:

• Interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate estimates for windows, doors, and curtain walling projectsProducing material take-offs and pricing using industry softwar
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements and specificationsPreparing and submitting professional, competitive quotations in line with company margins and customer expectation
• Managing amendments, variations, and technical queries throughout the tender processSupporting the wider sales and contracts team with pricing insights and technical support

Candidate Skills & Experience:

• Previous estimating experience within the window, door, or curtain walling sector is essential
• Confident reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specification
• Familiarity with fenestration estimating software (Window Designer, Logikal, Business Micros) highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal team
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
