Factory Operative

We are recruiting a Factory Operative to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality glass products who are looking to expand their production team with motivated and dependable individuals.

As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment in line with training and safety procedures
• Handling, processing, and inspecting glass products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting production targets and deadlines
• Conducting quality checks and reporting any defects
• Following all health and safety regulations at all times 

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
• Experience working with glass or similar materials is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and independentlyWillingness to learn and develop new skills
