Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced order processor to join a growing and forward-thinking window and door manufacturing company.

Our client, has been manufacturing UPVC windows, doors & conservatories for over 30 years. They are known for their state of the art facilities, impressive product finishes and excellent customer care.

The right candidate will have current/ recent experience order processing windows and doors using specialist processing systems Business Micros.

The role:

• 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
• Placing orders on the order processing system
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Assist with admin duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service

The candidate:

• Must have a solid career in Order Processing windows and doors
• Experience using business micros to process windows and doors is essential
• Be able to manage own workload and work towards deadlines
• Have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Must currently reside in the UK
