Order Processor
Location: Witham, Essex
Chase Taylor is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, world-renowned manufacturer of bespoke steel windows and doors to appoint an Order Processor to join their growing team.
With a heritage spanning over 175 years, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established business renowned for its craftsmanship and iconic products featured in some of the finest buildings around the world.

The Role
As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for converting technical information into accurate manufacturing documentation, supporting the production of bespoke steel windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer information from CAD drawings into specialist window and door configurator software.
- Produce CAD drawings for windows and doors.
- Generate fabrication documentation, including cutting and machining instructions and bills of materials.
- Work closely with fabrication teams, technical support and other internal departments.
- Liaise with specialist reseller partners and supply chain contacts where required.
- Ensure all technical information is accurate and completed to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using computer-based order processing or window and door design software, such as LogiKal, SchüCAL or Klaes, would be advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A methodical, organised approach to work.
- A willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
