Part Time Sales Manager

We’re currently working with a long-established and highly respected manufacturer and installer of Aluminium Windows, Doors and Curtain Walling, supplying Tier 1 contractors for prestigious commercial new build projects across South Wales and the South-West.

With a strong industry reputation built over more than two decades and a healthy secured order book, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join their team following the retirement of a long-standing team member.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and commercially minded sales professional with a proven background in aluminium glazing systems to step into a flexible, client-facing role with responsibility for maintaining existing relationships and supporting future growth.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with Tier 1 contractors and smaller builders
• Following up on quotations and tracking project progress
• Updating quotation and tender trackers
• Attending site visits and client meetings
• Working closely with the estimating team to ensure tenders are delivered accurately and on time
• Representing the business at client meetings and site appointments
• Supporting the growth of sales through excellent customer service and relationship management

Candidate Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Aluminium Windows, Doors, and Curtain Walling sales
• Strong technical knowledge of building products and processes
• Proven experience dealing with Tier 1 customers and main contractors
• A professional, front-facing, customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational and relationship-building skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
