Production Floor Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading day-to-day production operations across the factory floor
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of operatives and supervisors
• Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently met
• Monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements
• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance at all times
• Coordinating with logistics, maintenance, and senior management teams
• Overseeing shift planning, staffing levels, and performance tracking
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Handling on-the-spot problem solving in a dynamic manufacturing environment
