We’re partnering with a leading window and door profile specialist looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to accelerate business across the South West and Wales.

What you’ll be doing:

• Winning new business and growing existing accounts with window & door fabricators
• Delivering a first-class, customer-centric experience that drives loyalty and volume
• Identifying untapped opportunities and turning them into revenue
• Collaborating with Commercial and Trade Sales teams to execute a joined-up sales strategy
• Helping customers expand their product range and maximise production capacity

What you bring:

• Strong knowledge of the construction market across the South West & Wales
• A solid network within fenestration – fabricators, contractors, installers, architects
• Proven sales success: hitting targets consistently
• Commercial savvy with the ability to quickly grasp technical product knowledge
• Confidence, credibility, and the ability to influence at every level
