Head of Marketing

A well-established and ambitious business operating within the home improvement and renewable energy sector is seeking a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing function during an exciting phase of growth.

This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for brand positioning, lead generation, digital performance, and marketing ROI across multiple product lines including windows, doors, conservatories, roofing solutions, and solar installations.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Head of Marketing will develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
• Owning the lead generation pipeline and cost-per-lead performance
• Managing and optimising paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, paid social, display)
• Overseeing SEO, website performance, and conversion rate optimisation
• Driving brand positioning and market differentiation
• Managing external agencies and internal marketing team members
• Monitoring marketing analytics and reporting on ROI and performance metrics
• Collaborating with sales and operations to align campaign output with capacity
• Overseeing CRM, automation, and customer lifecycle marketing

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a commercially astute marketing leader with experience in high-volume, lead-driven environments.

You will have:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
• Strong background in performance marketing and lead generation
• Experience within home improvement, construction, property services, or renewables (highly desirable)
• Demonstrable success managing significant marketing budgets
• Strong analytical capability with a data-led decision-making approach
• Experience managing agencies and in-house teams
• Ability to scale marketing activity in line with operational growth
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
