About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Executive (B2B) to join this forward-thinking windows and doors company. This full-time, on-site role involves managing client accounts, providing sales support, and helping drive business growth across the UK. Most of the sales will be internal, but there will be opportunities for occasional client visits and face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and existing client accounts via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and advice on products
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently
- Achieve or exceed internal sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal or B2B sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in windows, doors, or the manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset
