We are excited to be working with a well-established and growing manufacturer of high-quality PVC windows and doors. They are looking to expand their market share and strengthen their position within the trade supply channel, seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to drive business growth nationwide. With a strong reputation for product innovation, reliability, and customer service, their product range includes casement and tilt-turn windows, entrance doors, French doors, and patio doors.

 

Role Overview:

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the UK-wide sales strategy and increasing revenue through the development of new and existing trade relationships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial growth objectives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to grow market share within the UK trade network.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across the trade and installer network.
  • Drive customer engagement by promoting the company’s full range of PVC window and door solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the launch of new products and initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to represent the company and develop leads.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and sales reports for the senior management team.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the fenestration, building products, or PVC-U sector.
  • Strong understanding of trade supply channels and customer requirements within the windows and doors market.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent revenue growth
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
