Sales Office Supervisor

We are working with a leading PVC manufacturer in Yorkshire, seeking a hands-on Sales Office Supervisor to lead the customer service team. You’ll be responsible for supervising and motivating the sales office, managing customer relationships, responding promptly to enquiries, and driving process improvements.

• Supervise and support the sales office team
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure timely, professional responses to enquiries and ordersIdentify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Experience in a customer service or sales office supervisory role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Organised, proactive, and solution-focused

Manufacturing or B2B background preferred
