We are working with a leading PVC manufacturer in Yorkshire, seeking a hands-on Sales Office Supervisor to lead the customer service team. You’ll be responsible for supervising and motivating the sales office, managing customer relationships, responding promptly to enquiries, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the sales office team
Maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure timely, professional responses to enquiries and ordersIdentify and implement process improvements
Liaise with production and logistics for seamless service delivery

Requirements:

Experience in a customer service or sales office supervisory role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Organised, proactive, and solution-focused

Manufacturing or B2B background preferred
