We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a UK leading supplier of windows, doors and conservatories. Reporting to the Sales Director the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the South East territory which includes Fabricators, Installers and other influencers to secure the best possible business performance and market penetration for the company?
?This position will focus on maximising sales in order to meet and exceed targets in line with the Company’s objectives.
What you'll do
- ??Maximise profit and cash generation through effective planning, budgeting and delivery of revenue targets for all existing customers and new business.?
- Develop Account Plans for your key accounts and other customers in scope, aimed at sustainably growing the area year on year.?
- Listen to and act upon individual customer needs and own actions?
- Maximise area revenue through the sale of new products, ensuring the Customers’ sales teams have everything they need to bring new product(s) to market in the quickest possible timeframe.?
- Ensure compliance with legislation, company policy and procedures contributing to continuous improvement. ?
- Collate market, competitor and prospective customer information, feeding this back to relevant department within the Company.?
- Present effective, tailored presentations to both external and internal customers.
- Provide timely and accurate activity reports, records and information.Attend exhibitions on behalf of the company
