Order Processor

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced window and door manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately from initial receipt through to production and delivery.

The position offers remote or hybrid working, with occasional travel to the office required for training, team meetings, and operational support. A full UK driving licence is therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders for windows, doors, and associated products using internal order entry systems
• Review specifications, drawings, and measurements to ensure technical accuracy prior to production
• Liaise with customers, sales teams, and production departments to resolve queries or discrepancies
• Confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery details in line with agreed terms
• Amend and manage order changes efficiently while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and quality processes
• Support continuous improvement in order processing procedures and customer service standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer service within the window, door, or construction products industry is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Confident using CRM, ERP, or order management systems
• Good understanding of technical product specifications (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to the office occasionally for training, meetings, and collaboration
• Full UK driving licence required
