Order Processor

We are looking for an experienced Order Processor to join our team within the window and door industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of uPVC windows and doors, who is confident processing orders accurately using Business Micros and Window Designer software.

You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly from quotation through to production, working closely with customers, the sales team and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders for uPVC windows and doors
• Using Business Micros / Window Designer software to input and manage orders
• Checking specifications, measurements and technical details to ensure accuracy
• Liaising with customers, sales teams and installers regarding order details
• Producing order confirmations and supporting documentation
• Resolving order queries and technical issues where required
• Ensuring orders are prepared correctly for manufacturing
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Requirements

• Previous experience in an order processing role within the window and door industry
• Strong knowledge of uPVC windows and door products
• Experience using Business Micros / Window Designer software
• Good understanding of technical specifications and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
