Sales Estimator and Processor

We are working with a successful and growing manufacturer specialising in high-quality aluminium bifold doors, French doors, sliding patio doors, glazed doors, and flat roof lights, supplying to both trade and retail customers.

Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Estimator & Processor in Hatfield. This role is key to ensuring accurate quotations, efficient order processing, and an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for aluminium glazing products
• Process orders efficiently using Logikal software
• Liaise directly with customers to handle enquiries, provide product guidance, and resolve queries
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct product configuration
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Work closely with internal teams including production and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar estimating/processing role within the glazing or fenestration industry
• Strong working knowledge of Logikal processing software (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of aluminium glazing products is highly desirable
