Production Manager

We are recruiting for a Production Manager to join a glazing manufacturer who has built a strong reputation for supplying high quality uPVC and Aluminium window and doors to the trade throughout the South East of England.
If you are experienced in the industry, have a good work ethic and a friendly disposition, we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE:
•    Overall responsibility for the day to day manufacturing facility
•    Productivity & efficiency targets are being met
•    Product quality is kept to the highest standard
•    Site Health & Safety
•    Vehicles are loaded and jobs go out OTIF
•    Recruitment of shop floor operatives

To secure this opportunity, you must:
•    Have a Full UK Driving Licence.
•    Have experience working in the uPVC industry in a similar role.
•    Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
•    Be a team player, that can also work on their own initiative.
•    Have a can do/positive attitude and strong work ethic.

This is a full time, permanent position Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.30pm.
