Project Manager

We’re working with a leading home improvement company specialising in high end windows, doors,  conservatories, bespoke orangeries, elegant sunrooms, and other creative living spaces. With a reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of stunning projects, they are looking for a talented Project Manager to help deliver exceptional results from concept to completion.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the operations – overseeing unique and inspiring home improvement projects across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Based at the Cheltenham head office, you'll work closely with the in-house design, install and customer service teams to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and develop detailed project scopes tailored to client needs.
• Build and lead a dedicated project team from conception through to completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve obstacles, and set clear milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain control of project budgets and resources.
• Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and quality delivery.
• Evaluate and report on project performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of building regulations

Essential skillset:

• Proven experience managing residential and domestic home improvement and glazing projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Budget management and timeline tracking expertise.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
