We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of our composite door range across the South East region. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving regional sales performance within the window and door industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in windows, doors, or fenestration, with proven experience selling to installers, fabricators, builders’ merchants, developers, and trade customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships while delivering profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the trade, retail, and commercial sectors
- Grow market share of the composite door product range across the South East
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to order conversion
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the region
- Provide ongoing product support, training, and commercial guidance to customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of composite doors, glazing options, hardware, and industry trends
- Confidently present and demonstrate products to customers, both on-site and in showrooms
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
- Feedback customer insights to internal teams to support product development and improvements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the UK trade, retail, or commercial fenestration market
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing abilities
- Full UK driving licence (or equivalent, depending on country)
