We are recruiting on behalf of a client, a leading manufacturer of aluminium and uPVC windows and doors, for a Trade Sales Manager to drive B2B sales across the East Midlands. This is a key role focused on developing trade relationships, generating new business, and promoting high-quality manufactured products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow relationships with trade customers across the region.
- Actively sell aluminium and uPVC windows and doors directly from the manufacturer.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide expert product knowledge, advice, and support to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing of windows, doors, or related building products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Ability to travel across the East Midlands regularly.
- Knowledge of aluminium and uPVC products is desirable.
