Are you a detail-driven estimator ready to take the lead on prestigious, multi-million-pound façade projects? We’re looking for a Senior Estimator with proven aluminium glazing experience to manage the full tender lifecycle — from first drawing review to final negotiation.
You’ll take ownership of complex tenders across premium projects including curtain walling, aluminium windows and doors.
- Tender Management
- Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Prepare accurate, competitive, high-quality tender submissions
- Cost Calculation
- Produce detailed material and labour costings
- Utilise specialist software including Schueco, Logikal, and ReynaPro
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
- Liaise with main contractors, architects, and internal teams
- Build strong relationships to secure repeat and negotiated work
- Project Analysis
- Conduct site visits and risk assessments
- Ensure full technical compliance of glazing and façade systems
- System & Documentation Control
- Maintain CRM systems
- Ensure all documentation aligns with project specifications
