Installation Manager

Chase Taylor is representing a well-established window and door company in Braintree. We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee new projects. This is a hands-on management role where you will lead an installation team, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise installation teams on new projects
• Plan and schedule installations efficiently
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in window/door installations or construction project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving license
