About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator / Estimator to join a well-established and growing business within the windows, doors, and conservatories sector.
The role will involve a mix of customer service, sales administration, and quotation work, primarily supporting the DIY Conservatories division as well as wider Trade Sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries and providing high levels of customer supportProducing accurate quotations for windows, doors, and conservatories using design software (PST and Window Designer)Supporting both Trade Sales and DIY Conservatories divisions with sales administration and order processingWorking closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression and customer satisfactionMaintaining accurate records and system updates
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous customer service experience, ideally within the windows, doors, or trade sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSales awareness and ability to support conversion of enquiries into ordersGood understanding of manufacturing or production processes (desirable)Strong IT skills, including MS Office and internal systems
Desirable Experience
Industry knowledge within fenestration or related construction sectorsExperience using design software such as Window Designer and PSTPrevious experience in estimating, quotations, or sales administration
