Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Factory Manager to oversee production operations within a busy windows and doors manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day factory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Oversee quality control to ensure windows, doors, and related products meet required standards
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing operations and resources
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with senior management, suppliers, and logistics teams to meet customer demand

Requirements:

• Proven experience in factory or production management (windows and doors)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and production targets
