SHEQ Manager

A leading manufacturer in Telford is seeking a SHEQ Manager to drive performance across Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. This is a key leadership role, responsible for embedding a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and right-first-time quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visible leadership across SHEQ standards, behaviours, and systems.
• Lead CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, 8D, and PDCA tools.
• Champion a culture of zero harm and high-quality standards.
• Manage SHEQ policies, audits, risk assessments, and compliance (ISO45001, 14001, 50001).
• Resolve customer concerns swiftly, driving service and quality improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to meet operational excellence targets.

Requirements:

• Proven SHEQ leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable), and CI tools.
• NEBOSH Certificate preferred.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Hands-on, action-oriented, and committed to driving positive change.
